3.1. Artwork #1 Weight

Total weight of Artwork #1 (in lbs) [optional]

Must be under 8 lbs each. If the artwork exceeds this weight, the artist assumes all responsibility for potential damage.

3.2. Artwork #1 Dimensions

Unframed Dimensions (H x W x D, in inches or cm)

Specify the size of the artwork without the frame.

Framed Dimensions (H x W x D, in inches or cm) [optional]

Specify the size of the artwork with the frame.

3.3. Artwork #1 Medium / Material

Medium / Material Used

Specify the type of material(s) used to create the artwork (e.g. watercolor, acrylic, wood, clay… etc.)

3.4. Artwork Photo Submission

Upload Artwork Photos (can include up to 4 images in two size versions, the same images must be used for both sizes.)

Can include up to 4 images, and each image must be submitted in two sizes:
- Online Gallery Version: File size must be less than 4MB.
- TV Display Version: File size must be greater than 4MB.

Use the naming convention: ArtworkName-Dimensions-OrderNumber (e.g., Dreamscape-18x24-1).

The same images must be used for both sizes.

3.5. Artwork #1 Description:

No more than 250 words.
The description should include: title, dimensions, medium, concept, creation techniques, and how the work responds to the exhibition theme.
Artists should specify the space requirements, equipment support, and technical requirements needed for exhibiting their works (detailed communication with the VSD team will follow upon selection).

This description will be used on the online gallery webpage.

Intellectual Property and Plagiarism Disclaimer

Submitted works must be original and must not plagiarize or infringe on any third-party intellectual property or other rights. The organizers of this exhibition disclaim any liability for any claims arising from plagiarism or intellectual property infringement. The responsibility for such violations lies solely with the submitting party.

Publicity Guidelines

Publicity: The VSDesign will send out press releases to social media and websites and will promote the exhibit on social media and on VSDesign official website.

Artwork Shipping and Return Policy

Fees and Insurance: Artists are responsible for all costs associated with shipping their artwork, including transportation, insurance, and any other related expenses. It is recommended that artists choose a reliable shipping method and obtain insurance to ensure the safe delivery of their work.

Return Label: Artists must include a return label when sending their artwork so that it can be returned to them after the exhibition. Artworks without a return label may not be returned.
